Come in costume and participate in the annual parade from Burgess Recreation Center to Fremont Park. Receive a free Trick-or-Treat bag! After the parade, trick or treat in downtown Menlo Park stores that display trick-or-treat signs on their door. Magic show and crafts will also be available at Fremont Park. The Halloween Parade will start at 11:45am and trick-or-treating will take place from 1pm-3pm.
